Bent DVD will not exchange or refund DVDs due to region coding issues. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their DVD player will play multiple region DVDs. (check our multizone information page for instructions)
It is a policy of Bent DVD not to refund or exchange DVDs due to a “change of mind” or if you received another DVD of the same title from somewhere else unless the DVD is in its origional shrink wrap
In the event that an item purchased from Bent DVD is defective, we will exchange the disc under the manufacturer's warranty for a copy of the same title. The manufacturer's warranty excludes damage caused by misuse or cracks in the centre of the DVD caused by forcing the DVD out of the case.
