Our DVDs are a mixture of region 4, region 1 and region 0. If a DVD is available in Region 4 (Australia & N.Z) we will purchase them in region 4.

If it is unavailable on region 4 we purchase them as region 1.

Region 4 will play in any Australian or NZ player
Region 0 will play in any DVD player
Region 1 will only play in a multizone player

Region 1 DVDs also come in Pal and NTSC DVD players, the majority of new DVD players support both of these formats.

Please ensure you check that your DVD player is compatible with our DVDs before ordering as we do not offer refunds due to regional coding

If your player does not play multi regional DVDs, follow these suggestions:

1. Go to www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks and search for your player make and model.

2. Use a search engine like www.google.com and type your player make and model with key words like DVD Hack or Unlock Code E.g. “Toshiba SD7700”& DVD Hack (or unlock code)

3. Contact the manufacturer or the retailer you bought the DVD player from and ask for the unlock code

YOU WILL NEED TO CHANGE YOUR REGION CODE TO '0' TO ENABLE IT TO PLAY ANY REGION.
