How can I pay? You can pay securely via credit card on our website. Or if you’re not comfortable using your credit card online you can email us or give the store a call on (07) 3254 0432 and we can process your payment over the phone. Charges appear as “TNEB New Farm” on your bank statement.
If you don’t have a credit card we also accept Direct Deposit, Bank Cheque, Money Order. AMEX and Diners Card’s are not accepted at this point in time.
What does it cost for postage? Bent DVD charges a flat rate of $7.00
Bent DVD does not identify where the package is from or what its contents are on the outside of the package.
You will receive a plain box or satchel with a return PO Box number located in Brisbane on the back
How long until I receive my DVDs? Here at Bent DVD we want to keep the prices as low as possible for our customers. To do this we only stock popular DVDs in store for retail and order not so popular DVDs as required. Thus being the case, DVDs can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks to be dispatched, depending on the distributor and Australian Customs. But most DVDs are received within 7-9 days or your order being placed. The day we receive your order it will be posted out to you.
What Region are the DVDs? Our DVDs are a mixture of region 4, region 1 and region 0. If a DVD is available in Region 4 (Aust) we will purchase them in region 4. If it is unavailable on region 4 we purchase them as region 1.
From time to time you may see DVDs that are not listed but you have seen previously, this is due to them having a future region 4 release date.
Refund Policy Bent DVD will not exchange or refund DVDs due to region coding issues. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their DVD player will play multiple region DVDs.
It is a policy of Bent DVD not to refund or exchange DVDs due to a “change of mind” or if you received another DVD of the same title from somewhere else.
In the event that an item purchased from Bent DVD is defective, we will exchange the disc under the manufacturer's warranty for a copy of the same title. The manufacturer's warranty excludes damage caused by misuse or cracks in the centre of the DVD caused by forcing the DVD out of the case.

Can I rent online? No, we only rent to people who can come into our store. But we have no region restrictions, so if you live on the Gold Coast or even Tasmania and you are up here on holidays you can come in and pick up some rental DVDs and either bring them back before you leave or post them back to us.
Pre-order policy for "Upcoming" items If you pre-order an "Upcoming" item we will ship the item once it has been released by the distributor. Please be aware that the release dates for titles change, sometimes numerous times. We do our best to provide you with the most comprehensive and accurate information but there are times when that information is simply unknown. We will maintain all pre-orders as active and ship the item as soon as it has been released.
Canceling/changing an order Once placed, your order cannot be changed or cancelled online. In order to make any changes to an existing order, please contact Customer Service via email at orders@bentdvd.com.au , or via telephone on (07) 3254 0432.
As orders are continuously being sent to through to Bent DVD we are unable to guarantee cancellation at the time of your request. Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned orders which were unable to be cancelled.
